Where are your VAs located?
Our entire team is based in Davao City, Philippines. Davao is known for its high safety index, excellent universities, and neutral English accent.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. We operate on a month-to-month basis. We believe in earning your business every month. We just ask for a 30-day notice for cancellations to treat our staff fairly.
How do I communicate with my VA?
You can use whatever tools you prefer: Slack, Zoom, Email, WhatsApp, or Microsoft Teams. Your VA integrates into YOUR workflow, not the other way around.
What if it's not a good fit?
We offer a replacement guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your VA in the first 2 weeks, we will replace them immediately at no extra cost.
Can they work my time zone?
Yes. Many of our VAs are accustomed to working "graveyard" shifts in the Philippines to align with US (EST/PST), UK, or Australian business hours.
